Process

The process of buying a new-build property can be complex, wich is why we are with you everey step of the way – from reservation to delivery.

1 Meeting

  • Project presentation
  • Plot visit
  • Villa selection

2 Reservation

  • Signature of a reservation contract
  • Payment of a deposit (CHF 40,000.-)

3 Financing

  • Confirmation of your financing application (agreement in principle)
  • The final choice of bank is left up to the buyer

 

Financial partner

4 Signature of the deed of sale and construction contract

  • Payment of land price (les the deposit)
  • Payment of milestones as work progresses

5 Fittings*

  • Direct contact with the builder’s customer service department for your modifications and choices,
    • Layout choice (electricity, partitions,
    sanitary facilities, kitchens, etc.)
    • Choice of floor and wall coverings,
    sanitary facilities, and kitchens
    • Confirmation of quotes/payment
    of additional expenses as these arise

6 Delivery
